Underground Locations Collections Tab

You use production collections to define material movement from your underground production locations in the Setup Schedule > Movement tab. By grouping production locations that have the same material movement into production collections, you need define only the movement for the collection in the Movement tab, not the movement for each individual location.

The Collections tab contains the Collection assignments and Collections data grids. You use the Collection assignments data grid to assign locations to collections. You use the Collections data grid to create the available production collections.

When a collection is added to the Collections data grid it is automatically added to the 2D Canvas in the Setup Schedule > Locations > Stockpiles tab. By default, all production locations belong to the Default_Collection until you assign them to another collection. If you are not using the Default_Collection, you can turn off display of the Default_Collection on the 2D Canvas.
